My name is Joel, and I have had the privilege of calling Tellico Village home for the past 10 years. This community has become an integral part of my life so much so that even one of my 3 children has already purchased her future home here in TV. I am dedicated to enhancing our Village’s quality of life and addressing the challenges that come with our growth.

With a background in strategic planning and problem-solving from my 30-year tenure at Honda, I am confident that my experience can contribute significantly to our community’s development. My career in Industrial Engineering involved streamlining operations and improving efficiencies. Most recently I managed Honda’s largest North American warehouse here in Loudon, TN. My experience and skills are directly applicable to managing and optimizing our Village's amenities and infrastructure.

I have been actively involved with our Board, CEO, and department heads, working on initiatives that aim to integrate and enhance our community’s operations. If elected to the board, I will leverage this experience to continue and build upon the positive work we’ve started, ensuring our plans are implemented effectively and transparently.

In addition to my professional experience, I am proud to run the Flags for Old Glory program here in the Village as well as volunteer for TVCUC Technology Access Program. I enjoy playing golf, am a man of faith and, according to my wife, I make a pretty great IPA.

I humbly ask for your support in the upcoming election. I vow to work diligently with the other board members to implement plans that will help residents and employees understand the goals and objectives to make this community the greatest it can be.
